All sales of digital products (including albums, DJ packs, edits, and other downloadable content) are final and non-refundable.

• Once a file has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned.

Subscriptions & Memberships

All subscription plans and membership fees are non-refundable.

• Cancelling your subscription will stop future billing, but no partial or pro-rata refunds are provided for unused time.
